These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kismat Konnection (the "App"), operated by Kismat Konnection, based in New York, New York, United States ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kismat Konnection. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and about yourself — not on behalf of anyone else. Accounts are created through Google Sign-In; you are responsible for the security of that Google account.
Every account is reviewed by our team before it is activated, including the photos and verification video you submit. We may decline to activate, or may request that you resubmit, any account that does not meet our standards.
Kismat Konnection uses an AI system to read your profile, your conversation with Kismat AI, and your photos to propose an introduction it believes is genuinely worthwhile — one at a time, reviewed and approved by our team before either person sees it. You may talk to your match by text, photo, or one-time voice message, and may be shown a suggested venue and time to meet in person.
You are solely responsible for anything you upload, submit, or send through the App, including photos, your verification video, voice messages, and chat content ("User Content"). You represent that you own or have the right to share your User Content, and that it does not violate any law or any other person's rights.
You agree to use the App respectfully and honestly — accurate photos of yourself, truthful answers, and no impersonation of another person.
Kismat Konnection facilitates introductions between users but is not involved in, and is not responsible for, what happens between matched users, including any in-person meeting. Exercise your own judgment and caution, particularly when meeting someone for the first time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any introduction will lead to any particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kismat Konnection and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, your interactions with other users, or any in-person meeting arranged through the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kismat Konnection from any claim, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You agree not to: impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions; harass, threaten, or abuse another user; post content that is illegal, obscene, or exploitative; use the App for commercial solicitation, advertising, or scams; attempt to circumvent our verification or safety review process; or use automated tools to access or scrape the App.
Violating any of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of your account.
The Kismat Konnection name, logo, and App design are the property of Kismat Konnection. You retain ownership of your own User Content, but grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the App — including showing your profile to a match and using it internally for AI-based matching.
We may suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms, is reported for concerning behavior, or that we determine poses a risk to other users, at our discretion. You may delete your own account at any time from within the App or through our public account-deletion page.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first through the App's Support feature so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal proceeding not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kismat Konnection regarding the App.
